What is that plate for that you are putting in the frame?

It is to strengthen the areas in the frame above the bump stop that have gaping holes in them. It's a cheap solution to a big problem. The next step would be a full bump stop kit which sdhq and others also manufacture

if you are talking about the sdhq frame kit 13s are different and so are the kits ive done a few of theses kits already(2010,2011,2012s) for myself and my bros and not really that hard, tires do need to come off its easier but install is just getting it in and jumping that hump where bumpstop is and your go to go hit me up ALWAYS willing to help a fellow RAPTOR bro or bros!
