Scratches or cracks?

The issue is that the $72k truck I bought brand new now has 'prior paint'. I treat all my vehicles like they were Bugattis, that's how I was brought up. I should be ever so thankful for Ford stepping up to unfuck the screwed up paint on their product I bought from them. Who's the customer here? I can tell you won't understand..

At this point you're complaining for the sake of complaining. If you don't want to get your 72k truck painted then don't paint it and live with the cracks. You aren't going to get a new truck so either let them fix it, or don't. I don't see that you have a 3rd option here.
