Hey guys...
I had the viper 5901 system with remote start installed last week. I decided to add the smartstart system so I could start the truck from my iphone. I had always toyed with the idea of a remote start on previous vehicles, so I decided to pull the trigger on my raptor. The Smartstart is a bit of a novelty and slightly redundant, but fun. I HIGHLY recommend a remote start especially if you live in an area with climate extremes. It's worth its weight in gold when I can cool the truck off when its 112 outside.....Just a FYI if somebody is on the fence about this
