Also have been there. Dealer wouldn't replace step pad under warranty. Still within bumper to bumper terms <36k. The step pad is around $100, but the it may have tore off the lights too. Just stick it back on with some black sheet metal screws or zip ties until it happens again. Lol

Scrapman has a SVC v1 rear bumper for sale in the Garage Sale thread.

picture attached of white. gray looks the same so has hitch and back up sensor cut outs. it is off a 2014.
