Raptor Assault Course

I have a buddy that just bought a '18 Raptor with only 8k miles on it. Does anyone know how he can tell if the previous owner has taken the raptor assault class or not? Or does it only apply to the original owner?

Only applies to the original owner and can only take the course within 1 year after taking possession of the new truck.
