I'm wondering if anyone else has had a problem with the black coating coming off their m and r fog lights?

Yes I have seen the same issue with mine. Looks as if the salt has eaten them. No real close inspection yet cuz it has been sooo fricken cold.

Thanks for the reply and concern M & R.

Not salt crust which is what I expected from a distance. I will take some pictures under closer inspection when it finally gets above freezing this weekend and then contact M & R if there is a real issue here. Almost appears like an accelerated case of pitting. Didn't pay attention until jocdmd post.

If you do it yourself and its not an issue i would appreciate solving the problem yourself but if it doesn't work out let me know and i will take care of the issue for you
