Problem cabin vent output

Hey guys

I'm living in Canada and we definitely need the windshield defrost in that period of the year.
All my climate system works but sometimes I feel there is not much output.
Anybody else have that problem?
Does our truck come with a cabin filter? Anyone know where the climate system take the air before it goes in the climate system?

The output of mine goes down when I really step on it pulling a trailer. I think it tries to compensate.

One thing I try to do is keep the foot wells as dry as possible. The more moisture that Si in the cab the harder it is to defrost. When I have 2-3 people it seems to be harder to keep it defrosted.

I cleaned all the snow and build up ice on the plastic tray (don't know what's the name) where the wiper are mounted.... Seems to work better.
