I'm replacing my power steering pump tomorrow morning. Any tips/tricks on the remove/replace or the flushing?

Yea...Don't put a Ford pump back in. There is an adapter bracket you can put on and run a Chevy PS pump. I think Howe makes it.

Im in a spot and need it up and running tomorrow at noon... I'll definitely do this next time though. If it makes a chevy pump work then maybe theres a drop in aftermarket badass chevy pump available?

Call Outlaw and ask. It is what is in my PreRunner now. I think I went through 3-4 Ford PS pumps.
