i opted for the phisical climate controls, thats why i choose phoenix

ordered feb 10th, .finally received an email.
now, please keep in mind i am one of the very few in this group that has a 4inch screen, and those are the ones they are having trouble with the xm signal.
i dont really care about the signal and lllView attachment 120533 i think i can live without the mute button. now keep in mind that i might tolerate all this since i have the ultra crappy 4inch screen and this item really bothers me on my truck, so i think the sacrifice is worth it

My truck is the one they “tested” on this past Saturday. Everything is working so far minus the Sirius and mute button. I don’t think I’ve ever used the mute before?

I haven’t had time to start getting to know what it’s really capable of yet.

He was working with guys on the phone from China and said put a couple new updates in it. No clue what those updates are.

Happy with the outcome of the product.

As far as them as a company....they are seriously lacking orginazation and communication.

Rhetorical question alert! Why would they put one of the most frequently used controls (volume) on the right bottom corner? Yes I know we have steering wheel controls but they should have kept the volume control in the same place as the original knob.

I just tried using a new hi resolution streaming service that streams in CD quality 16 bit or hi-res 24 bit (it's called Qobuz). I believe the high res requires the use of a DAC so I stayed with the 16-bit resolution. This service suffers from the same issue as I am experiencing with Amazon music which is sounds like the signal is being clipped.

Please check your various music services to see if you are experiencing the same issue.
