Passenger floor soaked

Just had my windshield replaced by safelite and opened the door to find the passenger floor is soaked with water. I was reading TSB 11-11-5 on here and it seems like it could be a ford problem and not the window. Anyone have this issue?

I'm assuming it rained? It's a dumb question but someone's gotta ask it haha the reason by I asked was because the rubber seal boot thing under the dash by the glove box could have popped out if you went through and water recently I know mine came out because I forgot to secure it properly when running wires to my lights (ran out of up fitter switches) and I had some water on my passenger floor thank god I had the weather techs in there. But I would take it to ford if its a door seal problem
