I've been thru hell and back with my Viair system, and I think what I've ended up with makes it all worth it. Check it out.

















That's a Viair 450c that originally had a tank connected, but that I dumped given the space (lack there of for it) afforded in this new location. I've used this system a few times now and don't miss the tank at all.

I purchased the Viair dual 400C for quick tire fill ups and was planning to run them without a tank. After chatting with the guys at Viair they told me I can't run a pressure switch "inline" on a closed system and it needs to be used with a tank. So I was searching the forum for tanks and mounts and I see @BigJ has his pressure switch mounted inline. Does anyone know if this definitely shuts the compressor off. If this works, it would save me a huge amount of time.
