i Will post pics of the winch soon. My next trick is welding shop to fabricate a 3" round pipe across the top of the tailgate with plates and stakes on each end to insert into the rear stakebed holes. it can be removed anytime or left on to run the winch cable up over tailgate out to load.. we used these similer years ago and some ranch trucks ...very handy....I also considered a used flow thru steel 5th wheel tailgate -same purpose
