Noise from back end

I changed out the rear pads In hopes that would remedy the problem but no luck. I don’t notice any Changes in performance but still wanna figure out what’s causing it. Thank you.

I couldn't tell by the video. Possible pinion bearing? I know i had to change mine in my gen1 and gen2. Sorry I'm not much help. Good luck

I would get that checked out, that could be anywhere, you need somebody under the vehicle, even if you put it on jack stands and slowly drive it enough to rotate the mass of driveline. That sounds like it will get expensive if you don't get it fixed sooner. Good luck.

I actually did put it on jack stands and unfortunately even after driving it for a while, I was not able to duplicate the problem. I guess a trip to the dealership it is. Thank you guys. One last thing, what can it potentially be? Only reason I ask is that I do have a trip for work that I must make and I wanna see if I can squeeze it in before dropping it off at the dealership

My bet is pinion bearing but its just a guess. I say take it to a reputable shop and have them check it out.

Didn’t think of that but you might be on to something. I’ve been hauling heavy loads so that might be the culprit.

@CoronaRaptor @dillard09 so dealer said it was bad differential bearings. Said no other damage was evident. I should get it back next week

Thats good news. Did he say which one or are they going to change them all?
