Did find a few fun county dirt roads around Clarksburg. Best public roads I’ve found between DC and Frederick. Son and I having a blast. LMK if you know of any good spots.

Two fun roads. The long grey line on left and the perpendicular road. I highly recommend that you drive it normal speed first. It is one lane and while you may not see anyone at all there could be a car coming the other way. When I went I saw three cars in over an hour. It was great and son and I were grinning ear to ear. I’m adding the second image with the red pin. If you start there and drive north that road is really isolated with great banks, streams across the road, forest style. Hit me up if you find another good spot.
