I put several layers of duct tape on the bottom of the tray rail, 3 layers, I believe. Then you push the tray back into place and the u shape of the rail keeps the duct tape formed around the tray rail. The sliding drove me crazy as well. I think I’m going to get the full tray, but the full safe looks interesting as well. Should be a biometric safe though.
