Unplug the battery for 10-15, then reconnect, that’ll reboot everything.

If that doesn’t work, and you want to troubleshoot on your own, check the fuses, unplug any OBD devices (insurance tracker, obd reader, etc.)

I don’t think they’re tied together, but you can system reset Sync 3 too.

Beyond that, no idea, trip to dealership I would suspect.

Hey I had the same problem with my 2019. Took it into dealer 3 time they finally replaced the gage cluster! Been working great after replacement. Let the dealer know that when it happens to bring it right in to get some code they needed. When you set up time to drop off truck it never acts up. Lol good luck

Same for me. 2019 started acting up and blacking out, then would reboot while driving and come back on pixelated. Dealer replaced mine instrument cluster under warranty. After telling them 3 times it went out and I drove it straight to the dealer. Crazy thing was they had never seen the issue and that same day a GT350 cam in with the same problem.
