I am working on installing a Kenwood TM-V71A in my 801 2017. After much crawling about I would like to mount it in the console. As such, I need to run power and antenna into the console, preferably without removal. My question is there are two protrusions in the front of the box. The one on the passenger side has the cigar lighter outlet. Is there anything under the drivers side that would prevent me from drilling through and fishing my wires? Thanks.
