Thanks for all the suggestions.
I have finally got this figured out. Had the truck into the dealer this week too track down the check engine code. They found a faulty O2 sensor harness. Replaced it under warranty. The truck has been driving days now without any CEL. Wahoo! Finally.

I distinctly remember telling you this in your garage. But I tell you now, I may have to visot tour dealer, I've never heard of one being so willing to replace stuff under warranty on such a modified vehicle, they are AWESOME!

Yeah. I do remember talking about that. Especially since the O2 sensor we took out didn't look that bad.
