How to check if truck is tuned

I have an ‘18 that I bought used around a year ago. It has an axle back and there are some signs that the previous owner modified it. It had audio cables that were ran and are no longer plugged in, and I think the air intake was swapped back to stock because it was in perfect condition and didn’t have the same wear that other plastic pieces had under the hood. The throttle response is also extremely good and I often see complaints about bad response.

Does anyone have an idea of what the stock software is named if I look it up in ForScan? I want to make sure it doesn’t have any software on it before I start shopping for a tuner.
