Hi everyone,

Im a happy Gen 1 Scab owner (2010) in Europe, Slovenia.
The issue is, I have a lot of love for the Raptor and not a lot of knowledge and neither do the mechanics here, since they never saw a truck like this one.

When i got it here, the previous owner ****** up the suspension with some kind of a lift and I would like to fix that.

A day ago, my drive shaft broke and this is an unique opportunity to get the suspension and shaft from US (I have to import and pay tax on all the parts...).

I would like to keep the raptor a bit lifted, and I thought that suspension would do the trick and would like to get big tires on it (37") and make them fit. The guys are telling me that the tires wont fit on the new suspension i picked out (Fox 3.0 Racing) and I need some kind of a lift. Is that true?

What do I need to buy exactly to make that happen and still have a nice comfy ride, since we dont do much jumping here.

Do I need the deavers to have the really comfy ride or are they overkill for me? Mainly road and dirt road driving...

Pictures attached of the current state...

Please let me know what I need, since parts travel a long time and import costs are huge in my country.

OMG thats ugly!! Get rid of that lift, put on deaver plus 3s, there is lots of threads on fitting 37 inch tires on here, you will need to beat on the pinch welds on the front, etc. Get some 17inch rims as well if you want to offroad and do some jumping. More guys will chime in here. How did you break that drive shaft?

I double that, get the Deavers +3 and put the front shocks on mid perch.

Also get the Axle Exchange driveshaft.
https://www.fordraptorforum.com/posts/1513616/

The stock OEM strike pad block on the rear springs cause axle wrap (wheel hop)
Then it's double up with another block, this is no good what so ever!!!!
The Deavers rear springs remove the OEM block and raises the truck an 1" over stock ride height.
And when you put the front shocks on mid perch it will raise the front and make the truck almost sit level with is what you want so the truck can perform is best.

JDM does quite a bit of oversea shipping, give them a call.

Make sure you do replace all those shocks, the fronts you could rebuild, the rears are junk. As @MTF said those other companies ship overseas, also @RPG ships worldwide. And you don't need any "lift kit" for a raptor, that's really frowned upon. Good luck and keep us posted.

Congrats and hope you get her fixed up. That lift is horrific! I’m guessing The pinion angle is way off with that lift and it was a matter of time before the driveshaft or U joint snapped off. Again whoever put this together did no research and was building a path to failure.

Make it right and enjoy that beast.
