I just bought a 2011 Raptor and am so happy. It is incredibly clean and low mileage however the chrome on the shifter knob is worn and starting to peel. Any ideas other than replacing the whole assembly?

Sing me up too. ‘14 is showing some flaking. What’re the options out there?

You could send it out for vacuum chroming, it seems easier to find a replacement though. Another option might be having it leather wrapped.

Following. My 2012 is threatening to flake as well. It looks more wrinkled on the top right now, but it's just a matter of time. I hate chrome.
