What brand and gap did you replace the spark plugs with? Mine did the same thing on the freeway after I got a tune.

Make sure they are gapped to .026, it solved my problem.

Just an update guys. Took the car to mechanic and it turns out it was just a bad plug on cylinder number 3. I replaced plugs 1,2,4,5 since my cobb reader was telling me miss fire was coming from cylinder 2. Lesson to be learned just replace all plugs to begin with. I feel like a fool for not going the extra mile but i'm very happy it was nothing but a plug. Thank you all for replying and helping me to figure it out and I ended up getting new plugs that one of you guys recommended.
