Gen 2 Check Engine light - turbo issue?

So on a 1,200 mile drive from WA to AZ I had my check engine light come on after getting gas. Luckily only happen 40 miles from home.

Truck is running rough and “stumbles” a bit when giving it gas, feels very underpowered, and the psi on the turbo hits 20 with just a slight press on the gas pedal.

Anyone else had this happen? Any idea on what it could be?

Any recommendations for a shop in Peoria / Phoenix?

Year, miles and any modifications done to the truck? Have you pulled code using forscan?

2017 scab with 70k miles. Goosetuned with COBB, no other mods.

I am not familiar with forscan so no I haven’t pulled any codes.
