So today I decided to do a little bit of cruising around in my Raptor and made a stupid mistake. I currently drive a 2013 Raptor and had it in manual mode. I was cruising around 70MPH when I decided I’d put it back in drive. I accidentally pulled it down instead of up (rookie mistake) and put it in second. It didn’t seem to shift into second and wanted to make sure I had not damaged anything. Does this model have a safety/inhibitor for things like that? I’m really paranoid about that kind of stuff and would just like to know more about it. Any help is appreciate!

You are fine. Even if you are in manual mode, it won’t let you shift it too low to cause damage. In manual mode, it won’t shift up though but you will feel and hear the engine if you don’t shift it
