I’ve read some comments on here about the front bumper having the paint rubbed off by the rubber spacer, and Ford has taken care of it. I have gone through my dealer and called Ford direct, they will not take care of it. I’m wondering why they will not, and how those that had the issue got it resolved. It’s still under warranty.
I spoke with my service manager and he asked me to ask those on here that have had the issue resolved to share the name of the dealership that they used. He will contact them to see what steps they took.
