This is with seat back giving easy access but when you close door seat moves up and covers it and I’m not a little man and my legs don’t hit it

I carry this in a bracket attached to the front seat rail:

Thanks @BlacknTan , I wasn't aware of this style extinguisher. YouTube shows JayLeno. Seems like these would be good for in home use also.

I'm thinking of adding a fire extinguisher in the cab of my truck and was wondering how you guys mount them. I'd like it to be accessible fairly quickly for obvious reasons but still out of the way. I'm not sure I've seen them mounted to the front of the seats but don't want to limit the seat adjustments, as i have different people driving my truck often. My thought was to fab a bracket and mount it to the back of the front passenger headrest using the metal posts to attach the bracket. I figured if i need it in a hurry i can reach over and pull it off and jump out of the truck with it in hand. Mounting it to the floor in the back is also an option but then i run the risk of burying it under gear or at best having to open the back door to get it. Has anyone seen a cleaver way to mount one that is out of the way and still accessible quickly? Also, what is the preferred bottle for inside the cab? I figured i can start with that and then try to come up with a mounting solution.
Mine fits in the compartment under the rear seat just fine.

Just bought a pair of these, roll bar mount for my 03 cobra and a seat frame mounted one for the Raptor... great share...
