Engine whine after tune

Hi everyone,

So I know this might sound crazy and it might be a little difficult to describe but I noticed last week after I installed my tune there was a whine that was present that seems to follow RPMs. I take the tune off and it goes away. Any thoughts? I did have the throttle response changed could it just be me noticing more air going through the TB sooner because of the it opening sooner with the tune?

You ever figure out what this was? My buddy just installed a COBB stage 1 tune and has the exact same observations. Takes the tune off and the noise is gone. Puts the stage 1 back on and the sound comes back.

Open the hood, have him rev it untuned then tuned and see where the noise originates. Does this truck have an aftermarket intake?
