Driver temp blend door stuck

So I replaced the driver side temperature blend door actuator today. Was a giant pain in the ass but I knew that. After I got everything back
together and pulled fuse 46 for the reset I tried it..still no control over the driver heat. All the functions work just fine.

I pulled the actuator back out and it seems like the door itself is stuck.

Is there any remedy for that or is it new hvac box time?

I did the calibration, I can’t get the door to move at all with the actuator out. I can feel the actuator trying to move when the temperature is changed but it seems like something is stuck

Sure sounds like a defective part!
