That really sucks, but how is this a Ford, aluminum, or paint quality issue? You actually have damage to 3 different finishes: the powdercoated steel bumper, the painted plastic fender flare, and the clear coat/paint on the aluminum body. The aluminum bed itself appears salvageable, but the paint clearly is not.
This was a rigging issue. As others have said, never strap anything in a way that the straps rub against your paint. Otherwise, this will happen.
