Do you offer the Putco Blade? If so, do they offer or do you have a direct wire harness for 18’ Raptors with the tech package? Thanks.

We do carry the Putco blade and recommend the 60" version for the Raptor and F-150. We do not offer a PnP harness for this bar so you will have to do some splicing. The directions can be found here: https://www.putco.com/media/productattachments/3621/RedBlade_92010-XX_Sept_2019.pdf

In regards to the baja designs rebates, if you get a fog light kit, thats 6 lights, so $150 in mail in rebates?

That is absolutely correct! And $75 on the 30" S8 kit, $75 on an XL80 kit, $50 on the 10" OnX6+ kit, and $50 on the reverse kit.
If you do a bumper setup and run a 40" bar and 2 10" bars, that's $200 in mail-in rebates on the front bumper lighting.
