Did you use a heat gun to remove, or just rip it off. That damage alone would keep me from ever wrapping a vehicle.
I didn’t remove it. That wrap wasn’t on long and when he removed it, it took lots of clear with it. I don’t own the truck yet but for the deal I’m close. Got a paint shop to quote 1300 for the work.

Yeah the majority of the damage is that tailgate and bedside so not much to mask off I guess. Only place it needs actual paint is that door
For that door to come out right, that whole door needs to be repainted with the window trim off as the paint is down to the metal there. Not sure how clear gets redone with old paint. Can't really sand the metallic base as base coats are a flat finish and basecoat/clear coats are done in a short amount of time apart from each other.
