BakFlip front seal?

So if I get Line-x, should I have the top of the bed rail (from side to side) covered with Line-X - or leave it as paint to get a good seal?

I got the top front rail done and the stripping they supply does great because of the pressure downward of the Bak. Still provides a great seal and the weatherstripping attached comes over a little any way.

Put my Bakflip F1 and Bedrug in this past weekend.
I found while bolting the rails in it helped to have another person push down on the rails above the same spot!
Bakflip is quick and easy to install.
Bedrug takes more time. The stickies are unforgiving take your time!!
Morrie at the outlet is awesome and highly recommended.
My first order was on a truck that flipped on the day it was due ( a Friday )
Morrie had back up sent early the following Tuesday- 8am!!!
