GEN 2 Avalanche Grey? 2017 only?

Previous owner of a tuxedo black 2013 screw and looking for an Avalanche Grey and it looks like that color was only done in 2017? Is that correct?

If so can someone tell me what to look for on the 2017s or things to avoid? Any issues with them? There are two local to me with 22K for $55k give or take. One has a 6/2017 build date and not sure on the other one.

Plastic oil pan until mid 2018, I've seen some rumors that the turbo housings were changed sometime in 2018.

2017 avalanche with no applique and no stickers is the best looking raptor IMO.

I've had my 2017 AG for 2 years/25k miles. Never a prob, just change oil every 5k. And I have the plastic drain plug . Not a drop on my garage floor.

Love my avalanche truck. In direct sun it almost looks white but stands out. When its overcast it looks very different and darkens up. View attachment 120535

Only offered on the Raptor and Mustang. Leadfoot was offered on regular F150. I love my Avalanche Grey Raptor! I probably will keep it until they offer the color again in a Raptor. If they don't I will have to build a bigger shop to store it when I upgrade to a new Raptor.

And correct me if I’m wrong but it wasn’t available on just any Mustang. I believe it was only the gt350 that it was available on!
