It looks like a Gen 1 SCREW in Black with the graphics and a set of method wheels on what seems to be 35's probably on mid-perch

Correct. Trying to see if anyone here recognizes it or is maybe a former owner so I can get some backstory on it.

Does Exhaust exit in front of rear wheel or is that just an optical illusion?

I can’t confirm because i haven’t seen it in person yet, but it sure looks like its in front. Good catch! I didn’t notice that. Although I hope you’re wrong...because I’d prefer a stock setup.

Mine came with the Ford Racing exhaust. It’s nice, but a bit loud for my everyday use. My neighbors know when I’m coming and going….

I’m digging the sinister look of that truck.
