That looks like its more that the 8100 pounds its rated for, like a lot more. Not a wise idea.

The trailer tow weight rating is primarily for tongue weight. I wouldn’t do this with my truck every day but once In a great while shouldn't hurt it. Traction is going to go before anything else. No fear

WELL, technically the 8100 pound limitation is because of suspension and braking distance limitations. Not because of chassis or engine pull capability.

You guys are a bunch of nannies. There was a video of a brand new '13 Ecoboost FX4 smoking everyone in the class, and it sold more eco trucks. No one thought the V6 could hang, no less deliver diesel like power. These trucks are toys, enjoy them and rebuild them.
