Looking for advise on how to fix this issue. I have a 2019 Raptor (no SYNC upgrade) and a Samsung Galaxy S10. The phone is hard lined in with a USB-C cable and goes to android auto when plugged in. The system previously read texts when I received them, pushing the button on the screen, and go the voice commands when either pushing the steering wheel button or the mic picture on the screen.

Now when I get a text or try to use voice commands, I get voice message along the lines of 'when safe, you first need to turn on Google assistant and then voice commands will be available' - - -or something like that. I can't find any button that will read texts, turn on the assistant or allow voice commands, or anything in setting to turn it on. The same phone works fine on my wife's VW Atlas.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
