6x XL80 Behind the Grille - YES it's possible!

So when Baja Designs released their Gen3 Raptor Behind the Grille kit it was very popular. The problem was the Gen2 guys felt left out and customers wanted more CUSTOMIZATION options. Baja only offered a few options for the system, and it wasn't capable to use with different products (such as their XL lights)

So we decided to create our own brackets last year and they've been very popular.

Check out what one of our customers recently did on his Gen3. Those are SIX (6) Baja Designs XL80s installed behind his grill. He said he had no problem adjusting them either.




We build our brackets out of Stainless Steel right here in the USA. We also powder coat them to ensure a nice hidden look in the grille.

The brakets are designed so that they not only fit the Gen3 Raptors but they also fit the Gen2 raptors. They even fit NON-RAPTORS as long as it's a 2015 or newer truck (including the Raptor R).

As is the case with most of our mounting brackets, we've designed multiple mounting slots into the bracket to allow you to basically install anything you want. In this case, the customer decided to go with 6 Baja Designs XL80 lights. You could do 4 of them or do 6 Squadrons or some 10" light bars. It's up to you.

We do offer full kits but also offer the brackets alone in case you have some existing lights you want to use.

Yes the shutters will block ANY light unless you remove some. You may not have to remove as many shutters though.

Honestly the shutters are useless unless you live in a very cold climate like northern Canada or Alaska and that extra WARMTH the shutters keep in benefits you. That's the only purpose for them, other some some slight aerodynamics. They help keep the engine area warmer in very cold climates.
