It sounded too good to be true. Is there a way to clear it down and relearn?

Yes Andy, there is. Your Dealer can clear the adaptive shift strategy tables and let it relearn. I did see a new bulletin that just came out for a delayed/harsh downshift to 4th a approx 40 mph for the 5.4L/6R80 combo. I will post it up later this evening over in the tech section.

Thanks, sounds like a plan. Other than that one shift, the transmission is incredibly smooth.
