so the what the platinum has that may make it cost more are the deployable running boards, and multi-contour (massaging) seats. Feel free to add more.

The raptor can be had with everything else besides those 2 things plus it has more expensive suspension, terrain management, and the high output engine.

anyone care to elaborate further?

Base price will not exceed a platinum. IIRC a completely stock scab ran around $43k msrp. Levine said it won't be much more

I'm hoping that d plan is available on the raptor but not going to get too hopeful. At least the dealership gave my last one to me at invoice and gave me the holdback.

None of the alphabet plans are available for use with the Raptor (This is per Fords site). https://www.fordpartner.com/partnerweb/pdf/IneligibleProducts.pdf

This link sites the X-Plan ineligible products specifically, but I can't find the other link that had the list of ineligible products for all plans (A,X,Z,D). But Raptor was on that one as well. So no joy there.

Also, all discounts such as year end, college-student, military, and first responder are not able to be used for the Raptor.

This is my first post here. Been lurking for a long time. I'm definitely purchasing a 2017 when they hit the lots. I think a better comparison to predict the pricing will be Raptor vs Fully loaded F150 from 2014. Does anyone remember the fully loaded F150 pricing from 2014?

My mom is the comptroller for the dealership and I also send them a lot of business.

Well, Lucky you. I wish I had that kind of a deal. Congrats.

I'm curious as to what makes you think that it will be more comparable to the 2014's. I feel like it will be more closely comparable to a 2016 king ranch or platinum. Not saying you're wrong by any means, just wondering about your thought process.

I should have been more specific. We should be looking at the relationship of pricing between the top of the line 14' F150 to the 14' Raptor. This will give us an idea of what we can expect based on 2016-2017 F150 pricing.

So if top of the line f150 was about $50k in 2014...How much was the Raptor in 2014? It was about $54k right? So with 2017 F150's reaching $60k. I'll venture a bet the Raptor will likely be about $65k.

Just a theory.
