2014 Unnecessary Up Shifts

You get more than one tune when you order. They were running a special when I bought mine so I have 5 tunes.

Which tune did u get? Ive been using 91 Sunoco, but could go 93 if that tune works better.

It came with 5 tunes but I've only ever used the 93 performance tune.

Just remember boys and girls even if you load back the stock tune before you go back to the dealership they(technician) can tell if you have altered the tune in anyway from the ECU. Just a word to the wise!

I had the same complaint about shifting too soon and always being in the wrong gear. The 5 Star tune from Mike fixed it and customer service is great. I've had no problems taking my truck in for service with the stock tune reloaded. The extra horse power is a nice bonus too. I run the 93 performance tune all the time.

Why not drive with tow haul mode on? I can't stand the factory shift points either so that was my solution. Down the road I'll get a tune to fix that.
