Your spreadsheet and analysis seems a lot like what I did. The Raptors are actually a great deal when compared to other options, esp. if you consider depreciation. It was actually cheaper for me to own and maintain a Raptor than my Sprinter van that got superior mpg.
I had the same issues with local dealers, so I ended up flying to MT to buy one from a private party. The deals are out there if you look hard enough!
