2010 - Disabled Console Until Phone Syncs

So.. I've got a bit of a problem that came out of no where. To give a little background info, I have a front/rear camera installed via lock pick. The problem is when I start the truck the seat heater and a/c buttons do not work until either a phone is synced or the system confirms that no phone has been synced. Anyone know what might be causing this? (hope its not the lockpick).

I don't see any TSB pertaining to your problem description for 2010. That's not to say that the vehicle isn't to blame, but I'd look at the Lockpick first.

Maybe try reflashing the Sync v3.1 software it might do something but I hate to say it, it's probably the Lockpick.
