I think they are actually +25. They place the wheels perfectly in the wheel wells IMO. They do kick up all the dirt and dust on the Body so its gonna be a mother to keep clean. (If that matters to some)

I wanna try to keep my setup under the fender. I've had too many setups that kick dirt and dust down the side. Thanks for the info though.
