I called the ford dealer. It isn't a tsb it's an ssm which is something I have to pay for.

I don't see a motor intermittently working in one direction. I also don't hear the motor running when the switch is pressed

My rear window switch occasionally wouldn't work. It got more frequent now it doesn't work at all. I think it wouldn't open all the time but would close. Luckily it stopped working when it was closed. Can you just get the one switch or do you have to get all three? Where's the best place to get one?

That's how mine is. It finally stopped working completely. Is this common? I have to get. A switch . Any places for that

Swaped relay 38 and37 with 39 which is the upfitter relay and all was good. swapped out new 20 amp fuses and they were good. went home on lunch test of the plug and the plug on the truck tested it was working so I hooked the trailer up to it and all of the lights work now. must have been a bad...

In any particular spot? I looked in the owners manual and and all the fuses I had to do with trailer lights in the break or all installed so unless there's a spot where it doesn't show on the owners manual then I don't know where it is My truck is a 2010 and I think I'm the third owner Sent...

There weren't any missing except for #21 and 9 which have to do with the trailer tow battery charger. Which I didn't think had anything to do with my problem. I could be wrong. Unless the relays are bad they are all there Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk 2
