Does anyone know what it would take to make this work? Does the gear indicator in the dash work off of the shifter itself or from inside the transmission? The factory Tow/haul and +/- buttons could be moved to the center console I'm sure, so is it really just a matter of hooking up the cable?

Do the TPMS sensors send a reading somewhere that is within a range, or are they more like a calibrated pressure switch? If they are a pressure switch? Couldnt we just swap ours out for a lower psi version? My '13 crew cab XLT has the TPMS set to 35 from the factory.
