I am experiencing the same problem or something very similar, it all started after the phasers and valve cover replacement at my local dealership. At first they told me the trucks' gateway module was malfunctioning but after replacing it, the problem was not solved. I got a call from them today...

The new gateway module came in this morning but unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I hope you get your truck back on time @JoeSC.
