Yep you’re correct. Top hole is for lifted trucks and bottom hole is for stock height.

I just upgraded my 2019 to Sync 3.4 per the instructions on the Ford website. No issues and only took about 20 minutes!

I’m curious, what tires are those? I also had my rear wheel wells coated in Linex and I definitely think it was the best option. I did it a year ago, and it’s held up great with no issues whatsoever.
