Very curious about the machining of a new channel, as I was just asking about this recently... Although I was looking for something in between middle and top.

Still perplexed how ppl are preferring low over mid, but to each his own. I would really like more info on how the machining of the shock worked out, who did it, did they break it down etc...

@little_D

Do you have any long term updates from running these springs on Mid Perch?

I still really like the springs, they have been on my truck since May 2013 and for over 22k mile; I have no complaints and no CV issues. Most of those miles are normal driving, I don't beat the truck but do take it off road when I get the chance. I run these coils up front and the National springs from RPG in the rear & I would buy them again if I had to start over.

Shit damn! Just installed these and my @ReadyLift UCAs and these springs at Mid-Perch are amazing. It's really night and day in the difference.

The road drive feels a bit firmer/controlled, but yet soft and smooth. The little bit of dirt driving is so much more controlled and smooth, the pogo, which really isn't a lot on the stock coils, is gone.

If anyone is on the fence about these, it's a must if you don't want to spend the $5k on 3.0s.

Thanks to @m3dragon for the help and use of his lift and tools.

Seems like the route I want to go I'd love to get a ride so I can compare!

Some bad news for those wanting a set of these springs. As of today there are no more in stock (anywhere). Geiser Bros (the manufacturer) is now working on springs for the next gen Raptor. The current model springs might be available in 3 months or so. Check with UTV Inc and they can keep you apprised of the status of the springs.
