40 inch behind the grille, then later a 20 inch amber light in lower grille, 4 dually fog lights then 50 inch above windshield

If that setup doesn't work for you,
We carry an OnX6 LED Light Bar Raptor Kit (40")
OnX6, LED Light Bar Raptor Kit (40")

Now you can easily mount the same light used by top race teams and keep it hidden cleanly behind the grill of your Ford Raptor. The new OnX6 LED Light Bar is the only light bar on the market that has the distance of an 8” HID with the smooth spread of an LED

Includes everything needed to mount and hook up the light bar.
- 40" OnX6 LED Light Bar
- Ford Upfitter Wiring Harness OnX6
- OEM Raptor BTG Bracket Set

Let me know if you have any questions!
Thank You,
Bailey, Baja Designs

I have a 60" Baja Designs OnX6 over my windshield and a 44" OnX behind the grill. My 60" OnX6 is mounted about 4 inches below the top of the windshield and I get zero wind noise. IMO it's all about how you mount the bar. If its up too high you're going to get wind noise. As for the bar behind the grill, the grill definitely reduces the output of my 44" OnX. So much so that I don't even notice the light is on when I turn on my 60". Part of me wants to sell my 44" OnX and put the money toward some other mod, but I'll probably just order amber lenses from BD and flip it on in heavy dust situations.
Anyway, I'd say go for a LED bar over the windshield rather than behind the grill. Just make sure its mounted correctly.

That mount looks great! Do you get any glare or light coming in the cab from the roof mount light at bottom of your windshield when it is on?

So tell me more on where you mounted yours. I got a Blackhawk 54" curved double row from TMX and was worried about the wind noise. I haven't mounted it yet as I'm waiting on the mounts but with it being a "permanent" mount I dont want to screw it up. Some up close shots with a tape would definitely help me out.

I don't get any glare off the hood, but I think having the hood wrapped with vinyl may be helping with that a bit.

ISFast, my mounts were built in a way that I can remove the light bar and mounts and only a small tab will remain on the pillar. I'm currently out of town for work and can't get you a picture with a measuring tape, but heres a close up of the mount itself.
