I just got some of Walmart online. They don't seem horrible. Going to put on in a week or so
Right on, the set I got had decent enough welds. I’m sure some unlucky bastard will get or got a bad/wrong set. That’s just the way it goes. Will post a cold start in a bit when it’s civilized to do so on a Sunday. Good luck on the install and check your clearances on the passenger side. My set needed to be dinged a little. If yours only have a 1/16 of clearance like mine it’s going to suck but make a mark, remove and beat it on the bench. Also on the dipstick, don’t even try to remove or install it until you have the passenger side mount removed or it turns into Polish mechanics if you don’t you’ll see what I mean.

I ordered a pair and got them in 4 days. The welds aren’t as bad as I was expecting which wasn’t much for 471 bucks. I confirmed the fit to a set of heads I have on the bench. Everything checks out so far. The headers and y pipe themselves arent thin gauge and quite beefy. When I get some time I’ll post some pics up. Leaving for a road trip and I don’t have the time to install and or document anything for the next few weeks. They are catless so know that.
Mine aren't on, the welds are decent. My buddy does aerospace n said they will do

Well everything is on and muffler welded. I opted for an old man can. Truck does sound pretty wicked straight piped but it’s not for me anymore, lost its luster before I made it to the exhaust shop. Couple things to know about these if you do find a set. They have no cats, no head bolts, couple of gaskets and the spring bolts. No instructions and no support(damaged/no fit, wrong box), as the company is being/was liquidated. Other than that they are stainless 1-7/8 headers. I will also add the job is a bitch. Not impossible but from someone who’s been wrenching since a kid, without a lift you better ******* be committed to this. Also some of our trucks are getting up there with mileage and age. Be prepared to go hard on bolts. If your in the rust belt may god bless you on your journey.
What's the rod in 1st pic?
